Information you share

When you subscribe to Music & Memories Notes, you provide your first name and email address. These details are used to manage your subscription and send the newsletter, including its welcome email.

If you contact Julie by email or phone, you may share your name, contact details and information about your enquiry or booking. This information is used to respond and arrange services.

Please avoid including residents’ medical information or other sensitive personal details in general enquiries.

Newsletter subscriptions

Systeme.io is used to store newsletter contact details, manage subscriptions and send emails.

You can unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter email or by contacting Julie at julie@peaksite.com.

Unsubscribing stops newsletter emails. A record of your unsubscribe preference may be retained to help prevent further messages being sent unintentionally.

Website hosting and spam protection

Cloudflare hosts and helps protect this website. The newsletter form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish genuine visitors from automated submissions.

These services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, and information about requests made to the website.

The signup system also uses hashed identifiers and limited operation records to help prevent abuse and duplicate subscription requests.

Service providers

Information is processed by service providers involved in operating the website, handling communications and delivering the newsletter, including Cloudflare and Systeme.io. See Systeme.io’s Privacy Policy.

These providers may process information outside Australia.

Keeping information

Newsletter contact details are kept to manage your subscription. Enquiry and booking correspondence may be kept for follow-up and business records.

Some subscription-preference and security records may remain after you unsubscribe. You can contact Julie to ask about the information held about you or request its deletion.

To ask about your personal information, request access, correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, email julie@peaksite.com.

Julie will review your request and respond. It may be necessary to confirm your identity before providing or changing personal information.
